‘All About Them’ Return Policy
We at Allaboutthem.in strive to provide our customers with quality products and best customer service.
If you are unhappy with product received, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount.
To return a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your Allaboutthem.in account. You can also Call our customer Care Team on 022 24073707 (Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm) or email us at support@allaboutthem.in
The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to ‘All About Them’ within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said
Once we have received your request, one of our Customer Service Executive will get in touch with you to further understand the issue and will process the request for refund.
The cost of return shipping will not be covered by Allaboutthem.in. Only in case of damaged or defective products or products that are received wrong, ‘All About Them’ would cover the return shipping costs up to Rs.100.
Return Product Online
- - Sign into your ‘All About Them’ account.
- - Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.
- - Select the item(s) you would like to return and click the submit button.
Please note:
- - ‘All About Them’ reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year
- - All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- - Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
- - Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Refund
- - Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your ‘All About Them’ Wallet or the original payment account per your request. If the order is free shipping, postage will not be deducted.
- - Allaboutthem.in will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
